Success Guide

This is a senior finance role, so your application needs to show more than just technical skill. The hiring team will want to see how you have used financial data to influence business decisions, especially in a manufacturing or supply chain setting.

Update your CV to highlight specific examples of budgets you have led, forecasts you have improved, and times you presented insights to senior stakeholders. If you have worked with bills of materials or in FMCG, make that visible. A CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is non negotiable, so include your registration details clearly.

Prepare for questions about how you partner with operations and commercial teams, and be ready to talk through a scenario where your analysis changed a business decision.
