Success Guide

If you are applying for this Food Technologist QAT role, remember that it is temporary, so it is a great way to get your foot in the door with Phakisa Holdings and build your FMCG experience.

When preparing your CV, put your audit experience front and centre. Mention the specific types of audits you have handled (internal, external, allergen) and any food safety equipment you have calibrated or verified. Those are the details that will make you stand out.

Because this is a quality assurance role, expect questions about your knowledge of TQM and how you deal with non conformances. Be ready to give examples of how you have managed QC staff or improved a QA process in the past. That practical storytelling goes a long way.
