Success Guide

This role is a great way to get your foot into FNB and build a career in banking. When you apply, make sure your CV shows clear examples of times you helped customers face to face, handled queries or met sales targets. If you have any experience guiding people to use a banking app or digital banking channel, highlight that because it is a key part of the job.

The contract runs for 12 months on an hourly rate, so treat it as a chance to prove yourself and learn the FNB way of doing things. For the interview, be ready to talk about customer service situations you have handled and how you stayed calm and accurate under pressure. Also show willingness to learn and grow within the bank. Submit your application well before 10 November 2026 because late applications are not accepted.
