Success Guide

Getting a floor supervisor role at a big retailer like TFG is a smart move if you want to grow in retail. For this Volpes job, show that you understand how a shop floor works, that you can lead people and that you keep calm when it gets busy.

When you apply, make sure your CV clearly states any retail or supervisory experience you have, even if it was just helping out during busy seasons. If you have a matric certificate, include it. In the interview, be ready to talk about how you handled a difficult customer or a busy day with a small team. Real examples go a long way.

Remember that retail means weekends and holidays, so show you are okay with that. Good luck, this could be the start of a solid retail career.
