Success Guide

Hi there. This Floor Supervisor role at Volpes in Pinelands Village is a solid step up if you already have some retail experience and want to move into a leadership position. When you apply, make sure your CV shows any time you have supervised people, handled stock or helped customers. Even small examples count, like being a shift leader or helping train new staff.

In an interview, expect questions about how you handle busy periods, difficult customers and keeping a team motivated. Be ready to talk about what great customer service looks like to you. If you can, visit the store before your interview to get a feel for the products and the layout. It shows initiative and helps you speak confidently about the brand.

Retail hours can include weekends and holidays, so be honest about your availability. Good luck, this could be a great move for your career.
