About the role
Volpes, a well known home textiles retailer under The Foschini Group, needs a hands on Floor Supervisor at its Clearwater Mall store in Roodepoort. You will be the go to person on the shop floor, keeping things organised, motivating the team, and making sure customers walk out happy.
What you can expect to do:
- Oversee daily floor operations and keep the store looking great
- Support and guide sales staff during your shift
- Help customers with product queries and resolve issues
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment
- Make sure store standards and procedures are followed
This is a full time role, 40 hours a week, based at Clearwater Mall in Roodepoort, Gauteng.
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or supervisory experience will be an advantage
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Good communication with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, organised, and able to handle a busy shop floor
