Success Guide

This role is a solid next step if you have worked on a retail floor and want to take on more responsibility. Jet is part of The Foschini Group, one of South Africa's biggest fashion retailers, so there is room to grow if you prove yourself.

In your interview, expect questions about how you have handled busy trading days, difficult customers and leading a small team. Come ready with real examples from your past retail experience. Also be clear about your availability because retail hours include weekends and public holidays.

Keep your CV short and focused on your store experience, and make sure you attach your matric certificate when you apply online.
