About the role
As a Floor Supervisor at JD Sports in Somerset Mall, you will be at the heart of the store, making sure everything runs smoothly while delivering a top notch shopping experience. You will work closely with the store management team and lead a team of sales assistants during your shifts.
Your day to day will involve opening and closing the store, managing the floor, keeping stock levels in check, and making sure the shop always looks great. You will also help train and motivate staff, handle customer queries or complaints, and keep an eye on sales targets and loss prevention.

Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification

- Reliable, honest and able to lead by example
