About the role
TFG is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join the @home store at Willowbridge in Cape Town on a full time basis. In this role you will work closely with the store management team, helping to lead the team on the floor and making sure customers get a great experience every time they walk in.
You will be involved in operational excellence, driving store KPIs like turnover, rewards and new accounts, and keeping merchandise and visual standards on point. You will also manage your time across multiple tasks, handle priorities as they come up and help build a motivated, committed team.

Requirements
- A Matric certificate
- Minimum of 3 years retail experience
- At least 1 year of store leadership experience
- Experience in home or homeware is advantageous
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and situations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs
- High sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
