About the role
The Foschini Group is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join the @Home store at Canal Walk in the Western Cape. In this role you will work on the shop floor, helping to keep the store running efficiently while giving customers a great shopping experience.
What you can expect to do:
- Support the store management team with day to day floor operations
- Help and assist customers with product queries and purchases
- Keep the shop floor neat, stocked and well presented
- Guide and support sales staff during your shift
- Help with stock replenishment and basic stock control
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, so you should be available to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience would be an advantage
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and well presented
- Must be based in or able to travel to Canal Walk, Cape Town
Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor and provide friendly service
- Help supervise and support sales staff during shifts
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy and well merchandised
