About the role
We are looking for Fitter Artisan Assistants to join an outstanding company based on the East Rand on a fixed term and temporary basis. You will work alongside qualified artisans to keep trackless mining machinery running safely and efficiently.
What the role involves:
- Assisting artisans with the maintenance and repair of trackless mining equipment (TMM)
- Working on semi skilled fitting tasks under the guidance of a qualified fitter
- Supporting daily workshop and on site activities
- Helping to keep tools, equipment and the work area in good order

Requirements
- Grade 12 completed
- Semi skilled fitter experience
- Trackless mining experience (TMM)
- Completed trade will be advantageous
- Medically fit
