About the role
This is a senior financial services management role within a well established manufacturing organisation listed on the JSE. You will take ownership of a broad financial services function and lead a sizeable team of roughly 35 indirect reports across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashbook and Finance Administration.

Requirements
- A Financial Degree or relevant qualification
- At least 8 years experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Financial Services management role
- Extensive management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading large teams in a financial services environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organisation
- A genuine passion for people development, mentoring and building high performing teams
- Strong financial reporting, operational management and problem solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure
- Added advantage: SAICA articles
- Added advantage: experience in a Shared Services environment
- Added advantage: working knowledge of JDE and Hyperion systems
Responsibilities
