About the role
Network Finance is looking for a skilled Financial Controller to join their team in Pretoria East. In this role, you will take ownership of the full financial control function, from preparing monthly management accounts to coordinating audits and ensuring statutory compliance.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Manage SARS submissions, queries, and compliance matters
- Oversee B-BBEE compliance documentation and requirements
- Identify financial risks and implement process improvements

Requirements
- BCom degree completed
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- 2 to 3 years post articles experience
- Solid knowledge of management accounting, financial controls, and statutory compliance
- Experience with annual audits, B-BBEE requirements, and SARS related matters
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
