Success Guide
To stand out for this Financial Accountant role, make sure your CV clearly shows your BCom or SAIPA qualification and at least 3 years of hands on accounting experience. Highlight any work with reconciliations, fixed assets, IFRS and VAT because these are central to the job. If you have used Dynamics 365 Business Central or Vena, mention it, even if only in a supporting role. In the interview, be ready to talk through how you spot variances and keep reporting accurate under deadlines. The manufacturing environment means stock counts and cost awareness matter too, so think of examples where you improved a process or caught a mistake before it became a problem. Good luck!
