Success Guide
This role is perfect if you enjoy variety and want to grow with a startup. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows both your finance experience (think invoicing and reconciliations) and your operations or office management side. If you have used Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, mention that early on.
In an interview, expect questions about how you stay organised when juggling many tasks, and how you have improved a process in the past. The company is growing fast, so they will love to hear about times you took initiative or helped automate something. Also be ready to talk about supplier management and how you handle client requests under pressure.
It is a hybrid role in Cape Town, so you will likely split your time between the office and home. Good luck, this is a great chance to work closely with founders and make a real impact!
