About the role

Requirements
- Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- CA(SA) professional qualification is essential.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, financial control, planning, reporting and commercial support.
- A minimum of 3 years in a finance team leadership or management role.
- Strong competencies in delivery, leadership, resource management, strategic delivery and relationship management.
- High level of accountability, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to make sound decisions and apply quality control.
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance implementation and risk identification, mitigation and management.
- Strong data analysis, accounting, cost benefit analysis and IT skills.
- Experience with asset management.
