About the role
As a Feed Production Supervisor, you will be based in Bloemfontein and report directly to the production manager. Your main focus will be keeping feed production running safely, efficiently and according to quality standards.
You will spend your days planning production schedules, checking that targets are met and reviewing quality data to make improvements. Part of your role will involve overseeing the bagging process and making sure scanning operations run smoothly.
You will also be responsible for maintenance planning, health and safety compliance, skills development within your team and strategic planning to keep operations profitable.

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Feed Miller Certification
- At least 5 years experience in a management role within feed production
- Knowledge of animal feed production processes
- Understanding of quality control measures
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Familiarity with ISO 22000 and Act 36 Agriculture/Farm Feed
