Success Guide
This is a hands on factory role, so your practical experience matters more than fancy qualifications. When you apply, highlight any time you have worked in a manufacturing or production environment, especially if you have dealt with breakdowns and fault finding under pressure.
In an interview, be ready to talk through specific examples of electrical faults you have diagnosed and fixed. They will want to hear how you keep safety standards high while getting machines back up and running quickly. Mention any experience with PLCs or automation, even if it was basic, because that will set you apart.
Make sure your CV is up to date and clearly shows your technical skills. If you have references from previous supervisors, have their contact details ready. Good luck!
