About the role
This role is with a well established Steel Service Centre based in Boksburg. As an External Sales Area Representative, you will be the face of the company in your assigned area, looking after existing customers while also bringing in new business.
You will spend your days on the road visiting clients, following up on quotations and orders, and making sure customers are kept in the loop about progress. You will work closely with the internal sales and production teams to keep things running smoothly, and you will report back on customer activity, opportunities, and market trends.

Requirements
- Previous external sales experience is required
- Steel industry experience would be an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and proactive approach

Responsibilities
- Service and manage an existing customer base in your assigned area
- Continually add new customers and grow business within the area and broader regions if needed
