Overview
Staff Unlimited is looking for a driven External Sales Representative to cover the Rustenburg area, including Marikana, Suncity/Pilansberg and Mooinooi. If you have 3 to 5 years of sales experience, your own vehicle and a proven track record of closing deals, this permanent role offers the chance to grow sales, build lasting customer relationships and earn based on your results. You will need to be self motivated and comfortable travelling to clients daily.
About the role
This is a hands on external sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road and closing deals. You will manage and grow a customer database across the entire Rustenburg area, including Marikana, Suncity/Pilansberg and Mooinooi. The focus is on generating sales from existing customers, bringing in new business and staying ahead of market trends.
The successful candidate will become an expert on the company products and use that knowledge to build strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for keeping admin up to date with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and for hitting sales budgets consistently.
You will work closely with internal departments that support sales, so good communication and teamwork matter. Customer satisfaction is a big part of the job, and you will be expected to maintain excellent service levels while growing your territory.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field is advantageous
- 3 to 5 years of sales representative experience
- Own vehicle
- Computer literate in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and bringing in sales
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a customer database in the assigned area

- Develop product knowledge and become an expert in the field
