Success Guide

When applying for this medical receptionist role, highlight your experience with theatre bookings and patient coordination, as these are key parts of the job. If you have used Vericlaim or worked with ICD-10 codes, make sure that stands out on your CV. The practice values compassion and organisation, so include examples of how you have handled busy reception desks or difficult patient situations calmly. Before an interview, think about how you would manage a doctor running late while keeping patients informed and comfortable. Also be ready to discuss confidentiality and how you handle sensitive patient information. This is a great opportunity to join a specialist practice where your admin skills directly support quality patient care. Good luck!
