Success Guide

This role sits right next to the CEO of a growing beauty and fragrance business, so your application should show you can juggle executive support and communication with real polish. In your CV, highlight specific examples of calendars and inboxes you have managed, speeches or briefing notes you have written, and times you coordinated leadership messaging. If you have supported a senior leader in a fast-moving environment, say so clearly and mention the tools you used, like Outlook or Google Workspace. For an interview, be ready to talk through how you prioritise competing requests and how you keep confidential information safe. They will likely test your writing, so think about a time your words helped align a team or prepare a leader for a big moment. A degree is nice to have but not essential, so focus on showing your judgement, follow-through and ability to read a room.
