Success Guide

Hey there! If you are keen on this Executive role at EXL, focus your CV on two things: your typing speed and your computer skills. They want someone who can type 30 words per minute at 95 percent accuracy, so if you have ever done data capture or admin work, highlight that.

Also, brush up on Microsoft Office basics because you will use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook daily. If you know anything about medical terminology, even from a short course, mention it. It is listed as preferred, so it could give you an edge.

During the interview, be ready to show how you handle pressure and stay accurate. They value people who can work independently and make good decisions. Good luck!
