This role is a great stepping stone for a developer who wants to specialise in AI. To stand out, show off any projects where you have used C# with LLMs or AI agents, even if they were personal or academic. The team values practical exposure, so be ready to talk about how you have handled prompting, tool calling, or context management. Brush up on Microsoft Agent Framework and Semantic Kernel basics. Also, since standby duty is part of the job, mention your willingness to be flexible. Tailor your CV to highlight backend experience and any cloud or DevOps work. Good luck!
