About the role

Requirements
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse

- Maintain professional conduct, patient confidentiality, and act in a supervisory capacity over ENA's
- Participate in ward quality improvement programmes and promote patient health and wellbeing
- Support the education and training of ENA's and actively participate as a team member
- Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
