Success Guide
Applying for an Enrolled Nurse role in an Emergency Department means you need to show that you can handle pressure and think on your feet. Make sure your CV clearly states your SANC registration number and highlights any experience you have in emergency care, trauma or acute settings. Even if your emergency experience is limited, mention any clinical placements or shifts you did in high pressure environments during your training. In the interview, expect questions about how you handle stressful situations and how you prioritise patient care when things get busy. It also helps to show that you understand what emergency nursing really involves, because the department never stops. Netcare is a big group, so if you make a good impression, there are real opportunities to grow within their hospitals over time. Get your SANC documents and certified copies ready before you apply. Good luck, you have got this.
