Success Guide

Before you apply, make sure your SANC registration is up to date because this role is strictly for registered Enrolled Nurse Auxiliaries. Highlight any hospital or clinical exposure you have had, even if it was during your training, since theatre work relies on precision and quick learning. Life Healthcare values reliability and a calm attitude under pressure, so think of examples where you worked well in a team during a busy shift. It also helps to show your understanding of sterile technique and patient safety. Use your CV to clearly list your qualification and SANC number. If you have not worked in a theatre before, say so, but explain that you are eager to learn and comfortable with shift work. Good luck with your application.
