Success Guide
This is a great entry point if you are starting your nursing career or looking to move into private hospital work. Netcare N1City Hospital is a busy private facility, so expect a fast paced but supportive ward environment.
Before you apply, make sure your SANC registration is up to date and your CV clearly shows your Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary status. If you have completed any BLS or CPR training, mention it, as Netcare values ongoing competence in these areas.
Because the role involves night duty and weekend shifts, be ready to talk about your flexibility at your interview. Hospital interviews usually include questions about patient confidentiality, infection control, and how you handle pressure. Read up on Netcare's core values so you can speak to them naturally.
Do not worry too much if you do not have long experience. The ad says relevant experience is preferred, so newly registered nurses are also encouraged to apply. Good luck!
