Success Guide
This is a senior role, so your application should highlight your leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. Make sure your CV clearly shows your ISO 45001 management system work and any ESG reporting you have done. If you have SAMTRAC, NEBOSH or Saiosh registration, put those front and centre. The interview will likely focus on how you have driven safety culture and handled compliance audits. Be ready to give real examples of incidents you have investigated and how you improved processes. Also, since the role is on site in Wolseley, show that you are comfortable with a hands on, site based position. Good luck!
