Overview
Fashion Fusion Group is looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to run and grow their online fashion store in Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal. If you have 2 to 4 years of experience managing an online store, ideally on Shopify, and you enjoy juggling product listings, promotions, stock and digital marketing, this could be a great fit. You will work closely with buying, warehouse and marketing teams to keep the online shopping experience smooth and sales moving.
About the role
Fashion Fusion Group is seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of their online retail operations. You will manage the day to day running of the e-commerce website, from uploading accurate product listings and coordinating online merchandising to setting up promotions, monitoring stock availability and making sure the checkout process works smoothly.
This role sits at the centre of the online trading calendar. You will track sales performance, conversion rates and average order value, and use those insights to make smart commercial decisions about stock, pricing and product visibility. You will also work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to coordinate digital campaigns across Meta and Google, ensuring product feeds are accurate and advertising spend is not wasted.
On the technical side, you will manage the website backend, coordinate with developers to fix issues, and keep tracking tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel running properly. You will also oversee order processing, delivery queries and returns, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
This role is based at the company offices in Westmead, Pinetown, KwaZulu Natal. To apply, use the application link on the PNet listing and make sure your CV clearly shows your e-commerce platform experience, especially Shopify if you have it.

Success Guide
Getting this E-Commerce Manager role will come down to showing that you have actually run an online store, not just used one. When you apply, make your CV very specific about the platforms you have managed, especially Shopify if you have it. Mention the types of products you have listed, the promotions you have set up and the sales metrics you have improved.
In an interview, expect questions about how you handle stock discrepancies, how you test promotions before launch, and how you use Google Analytics or Meta ads data to make decisions. Be ready to walk through a real example of a campaign or website issue you solved. Fashion retail moves fast, so show that you are organised, hands on and comfortable working across buying, warehouse and marketing teams.
