Success Guide

This is a very senior credit role at Nedbank, so your application needs to clearly show your depth of experience in trade finance credit. Make sure your CV highlights at least 20 years in the field, with specific examples of complex deals you have approved and committees you have served on. Emphasise your knowledge of Basel principles and your ability to balance risk with business growth. In interviews, expect questions about how you assess high risk transactions and manage stakeholder relationships. Nedbank values strategic thinkers who can influence at a high level, so prepare to discuss your approach to portfolio optimisation and risk adjusted performance.
