Success Guide

This role is a solid fit if you have a BCom and a couple of years of hands on reconciliation experience. When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows the bank accounts you have reconciled and the volumes you have processed. Mention any exposure to PFMA, GRAP or National Treasury rules, even if it was during your studies or a past internship. The salary is around R28,175 per month before deductions, so budget accordingly for a fixed term contract. Prepare for a competency based interview where they may ask you to walk through how you resolve a reconciliation discrepancy step by step. Bring your degree certificate and academic transcript along. Good luck!
