Success Guide

This role is built for someone who has been in truck workshops for years and wants to step into a calmer quality focused position. When you apply, make your CV easy to scan for the things that matter here: your trade test, your Code EC licence, the dealerships you have worked at and the truck brands you know. In the interview, expect questions about how you spot poor workmanship and how you handle a technician who keeps sending back jobs that fail inspection. Bring contactable references from workshop managers who can vouch for your standards. If you are semi retired or looking to scale back from long hours, say so clearly in your covering email because the employer is specifically open to that.
