Success Guide

This Deputy Head role is a genuine step up into leadership at IGrow Rentals, so your application should highlight more than just property experience. Show how you have led teams, managed performance targets, and handled both investor and tenant relationships under pressure. The job ad lists many specific systems like Pipedrive, Zoho Desk, WeConnectU, and TPN, so if you have used any of these, make it clear on your CV. Leadership examples matter here: mention times you improved team output, resolved complaints quickly, or coordinated across departments. Since the role reports to the CEO, show that you can communicate clearly and take ownership. Prepare for interview questions about how you manage staff wellbeing, distribute workload, and handle difficult conversations. The advert also notes that if you do not hear back within two weeks, your application was unsuccessful, so keep that timeline in mind and follow up politely if needed. Good luck!
