Success Guide
This is a senior government role, so show clearly how your 8 years of experience maps to the specific programmes they mention: NCDs, substance abuse, mental health, and maternal and women's health. Quantify your management experience and highlight any time you spent leading a unit or team. Make sure your SANC or HPCSA registration is current and that your certificate is certified. The interview panel will likely ask scenario questions about programme implementation and managing budgets, so prepare real examples from your past work. It also helps to demonstrate some knowledge of how district health information systems feed decisions. Apply online only and use Google Chrome as the advert advises. If your application does not receive a response within six weeks of the closing date, treat it as unsuccessful.
