About the role
Tumaini Consulting is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join their client's team in Kimberley. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing depot operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in a technical environment. You will lead a team and manage day to day activities to meet operational targets while maintaining high standards of HSEQ and HSSE compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will use your advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis, and your project management experience will be advantageous in driving depot improvements.

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Degree or tertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management
- Project Management qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a technical environment
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Depot Manager role within the LPG or Oil and Gas industry
- Strong technical knowledge with high HSEQ and HSSE sensitivity
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
