Success Guide

This Debtors Supervisor role at PepsiCo is a great step up if you have been working in debtors or credit control and are ready to lead a team. PepsiCo is a global FMCG giant, so there is real scope for growth if you prove yourself.

When you apply, make sure your CV clearly shows how many years you have spent supervising or leading a team, and highlight your experience with reconciliations, collections, and dispute resolution. Mention any exposure to SAP and high volume accounts, as these are key for this role.

In an interview, be ready to talk through a time you improved cash flow or resolved a tricky account issue. They will want to see that you can coach a team and work closely with finance and sales. If you have a credit management certificate, even better, but the main thing is your hands on supervisory experience.
