About the role
As the Debtors Manager at iLaunch in Johannesburg, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of the Credit Department. Your main focus will be on keeping credit processes accurate and within agreed service levels while driving collections across all branches.
You will review credit applications for completeness, ensure all supporting documents are received, and monitor customer credit limits. Identifying customers who need credit limit reviews will also be part of your routine.
This is a permanent, full time, on site position based in JHB Central. You will work closely with your team to maintain strong credit control and support the broader finance function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role managing a team in a Debtors or Credit Management environment
- Proven track record and experience in accounts receivable, credit control or debtors management
- Advanced computer skills
