A well established food manufacturing company in Letsitele is looking for a Debtors and Administration Clerk to join their team. You will handle invoicing, debt collection, payment allocations and general admin support for the production and operations departments. If you have 2 to 3 years of debtors experience, strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, this permanent role with a salary of R30 000 to R32 000 CTC could be a great fit.
About the role
Our client is a well established food manufacturing company that processes and preserves fruit and vegetables. They produce a range of canned and bottled food products and are known for their focus on quality and flavour. They are looking for a Debtors and Administration Clerk to join their team at their Eiland Pad premises in Letsitele.
In this role you will manage the debtors book, process invoices and credit notes, allocate payments and resolve account queries. You will also handle time and attendance administration using the Jarrison clocking system and provide general administrative support to the Production and Operations departments.

Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Accounting or Mathematics
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a debtors and financial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in an accounting system such as Pastel
- Knowledge of import and export administration will be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, credit notes and customer statements accurately and on time
- Monitor the debtors book, follow up on overdue accounts and recover outstanding debts
- Allocate payments received to the correct customer accounts and keep accurate records
- Investigate and resolve account queries while maintaining good customer relationships
- Manage the Jarrison clocking system, including fingerprint registration, leave capturing and employment contracts
- Provide general administrative support to the Production and Operations departments
