Success Guide
This DLP role is a great step for someone with a few years of IT security experience who wants to specialise in data protection. Since Sasso Consulting is hiring five people, your chances are better than usual, but they are strict about hands on DLP work. When you apply, highlight specific projects where you configured DLP policies, investigated alerts or integrated tools with SIEM. Mention any Microsoft Purview, Symantec or Forcepoint experience by name. Also show you understand POPIA because they call it out. In the interview, be ready to explain how you would stop a data leak step by step. Keep your CV focused on DLP tasks, not general IT support.
