About the role
Join Sasso Consulting as a Data Analyst and play a key role in helping businesses make smarter decisions through data. You will work with large and complex datasets from multiple systems, turning raw information into clear reports, dashboards and insights that stakeholders can actually use.
Your day to day work will involve extracting, cleaning and transforming data, writing complex SQL queries, and designing Power BI dashboards and KPI reports. You will also monitor data quality, spot trends and anomalies, and present your findings to business stakeholders. If you enjoy automating reports and improving how data flows through a business, this role will keep you challenged.
Important: Candidates must demonstrate practical SQL, data analysis and business intelligence experience. Basic Excel reporting, data capturing or administrative experience alone will not be considered.Requirements
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant Data Analyst experience
- Strong hands on SQL experience is essential
- Practical Power BI, Tableau or equivalent BI tool experience is essential
- Proven experience developing dashboards and analysing complex datasets
- Advanced Excel and relational database experience
- Knowledge of data modelling, cleansing and validation
- Power Query, DAX, Python or R will be advantageous
- Understanding of ETL or ELT and data warehousing will be advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
