Success Guide
When you apply for this Data Analyst role at Capitec, make your CV tell a clear story about the impact your analysis has had. Rather than just listing tools, show examples of how you used SQL, Power BI or Python to solve a real business problem. Highlight any experience you have in banking, payments or financial services because that will set you apart.
Capitec asks for a short assessment before you apply, so set aside around 20 minutes and complete it in a quiet space. Also be ready for a credit and criminal check since they mention it upfront. In your interview, practise explaining technical findings in simple terms. They want analysts who can influence decisions, not just build reports. Good luck!
