About the role
Sasso Consulting is looking for experienced CyberArk Specialists to join their team in Johannesburg. You will work within complex enterprise IT environments, helping clients secure privileged accounts and manage access to critical systems.
What you will do:
- Install, configure and administer CyberArk PAM solutions.
- Manage the CyberArk Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM and PSM components.
- Onboard privileged accounts and handle password rotation.
- Configure privileged access policies, safes and permissions.
- Monitor privileged sessions and investigate security incidents.
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Windows, Linux and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot platform and authentication issues.
- Support system upgrades, automation, audits and compliance reporting.
- Maintain privileged access security documentation and procedures.

Requirements
- Relevant IT, Computer Science or Cybersecurity diploma or degree.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in cybersecurity, IAM or PAM.
- Proven hands on CyberArk implementation and administration experience is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of CyberArk Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM and PSM.
- Experience with privileged account onboarding, password vaulting and session management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server and Linux.
- Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs and enterprise integrations advantageous.
- Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST and Zero Trust security principles.
- CyberArk Defender, Sentry or Guardian certification advantageous.
