Success Guide
Hi there! If you are applying for this Cutting Department Manager role at TFG, make sure your CV clearly shows your supervisory experience and any sewing or production background you have. The advert mentions 3 to 5 years of supervisory work, so list those years with specific examples of teams you have led and production targets you have met.
In an interview, they will likely ask how you handle staff discipline, training, and quality control. Be ready with real stories about how you dealt with a production problem or motivated a team under pressure. Also show that you understand the retail supply chain because you will work with internal and external partners.
Attach your Matric certificate and any production diploma you have. Since TFG is a large retail group, they may also ask about your ability to work with change. Stay calm and give practical answers. Good luck!
