Success Guide

This role is all about keeping customers happy by managing the partners who handle the frontline interactions. If you have worked in a telecom contact centre for at least five years and have some supervisory or business analyst experience, you are in a strong position. When you apply, highlight examples of how you have improved service or managed partner performance in the past. The job requires travel between sites, so make sure your CV shows that you have your own reliable vehicle. iOCO is an equal opportunity employer with a focus on employment equity, so feel free to mention if you belong to a previously disadvantaged group. Good luck with your application.
