Success Guide

Hi there! If you live near Pietermaritzburg and have a matric and a banking qualification, this talent pool is a great way to get your foot in the door at FNB. Remember, it's not an active vacancy, so you won't hear back immediately. But don't let that stop you. Make sure your CV clearly shows your customer service experience and your ability to work with digital channels. In an interview, FNB will look for people who are friendly, helpful, and can solve problems. Brush up on your knowledge of FNB's digital banking offerings, like the app and online banking, because they love candidates who can guide customers to self-service. Also, be ready to talk about how you treat customers fairly. Good luck!
