Success Guide

Hi there. This Creditors Clerk role at Vital Element in Isipingo is a solid opportunity if you already have a couple of years of accounts payable experience behind you. Before you apply, take a close look at your CV and make sure it clearly shows the volume of invoices you have processed and the reconciliations you have handled. Numbers speak loudly here, so if you can mention specific figures like invoices processed per month or the number of supplier accounts you managed, that will help you stand out.

During the interview, be ready to talk about how you handle pressure when month end deadlines are looming. They will likely ask how you deal with discrepancies and difficult suppliers, so think of real examples from your past work. Also brush up on your Excel skills, because intermediate to advanced Excel is listed as a requirement. Basic VLOOKUP and pivot table knowledge will serve you well. Good luck, you have got this.
