Network Contracting Solutions is hiring a seasoned Credit Controller for a month to month contract in Pretoria North. You will handle the full accounts receivable function, from accurate revenue calculation to collecting funds from principals.
About the role
Network Contracting Solutions is looking for a seasoned Credit Controller to join a company in the Data Management space on a month to month contract. This is a great opportunity if you have recently been retrenched or are looking for a new challenge in a fast paced finance department.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the end to end accounts receivable function. This includes invoicing, calculating revenue, and collecting funds from principals. You will need to ensure accurate revenue calculation according to contractual terms, submit statements to clients on time, keep credit notes to a minimum, and complete month end billing checklists.

Requirements
- Matric is required
- A relevant Finance Diploma is preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar industry
- Sage experience is non negotiable
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- 3 years of experience in managing foreign accounts
Responsibilities
- Accurately calculate revenue in line with contractual terms
- Submit statements to clients within agreed deadlines
- Ensure that a minimum number of credit notes are issued
- Complete a month end billing checklist to ensure the process is finalised
