  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Data Analysis, Business Management or a related field would be advantageous
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Confident engaging with drivers and operational personnel
  • Assertive and professional when addressing non compliance
  • Organised, methodical and accountable

  • Monitor fleet operating costs and identify incorrect charges or potential losses
  • Liaise with the Training Department where operational errors arise from training gaps
  • Ensure company policies and controls are consistently applied

Success Guide

This role is perfect for a young job seeker who is comfortable with Excel and not afraid to walk the floor to solve problems. When you apply, make sure your CV shows real examples of spreadsheets you have built or reconciliations you have done. You might be asked to demonstrate VLOOKUP or pivot tables in an interview, so brush up on those. The company values people who take ownership, so mention times you followed up until an issue was fixed. It is a great entry point into transport and logistics finance if you are keen to learn on the job.
