- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and inventory controls to minimize shrinkage.
- Execute cosmetic brand standards, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Partner with cosmetic brand representatives to maximize sales opportunities and product knowledge.
- Monitor beauty trends and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Control expenses and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
